This is a dangerous tree at 240 NW 30th St. in Corvallis, Oregon (97330); southwest corner of 30th St. and Van Buren Ave.

This is 6-inches into the sidewalk right-of-way and has not been trimmed or maintained in over 12-years.

I'd urge the Corvallis City Council to condemn this tree before adjacent property owners or others are hurt by falling limbs or the top blowing out.
