Animal Control Person is on duty three morings per week.

5 May 2006 - courtyard (these two dogs live at 239 NW 30th St.)

27 June 2006 - alley (this is Wolf; lives at 239 NW 30th St.. Bit me once.)

27 July 2006 - the white dog, Ruby, tried to come in through my patio door; no picture.

30 Oct. 2006 - this is Wolf; lives at 239 NW 30th St.

11 Jan. 2007 - north end of Wolf going south

22 April 2007 - Wolf walked thru the yard ...again. No picture but have a witness.

1 June 2007 - Wolf in yard again as owner is putting out trash. Neighbor saw it, alerted by his dog.

2 August 2007 - 6:50pm. Wolf again in my courtyard.

3 Sept. 2007 - Wolf (239 NW 30th St.) was barking from 1am to 3am.

28 Nov.2007 -  Wolf in my yard at 4pm

3 Feb.2008 - 10:40am Ruby and Wolf tearing up grass in west parking strip; Ruby chasing two bicycle riders

13 Apr. 2008 - 8am Sunday; Wolf in my courtyard

17 Apr. 2008 - 5:10pm; Wolf in my courtyard

15 May 2008 - 5:05pm, Wolf in courtyard. Two witnesses

19 May 2008 - 10:40am, Wolf scratched up my lawn on 30th St. and was in my front yard when I saw him.

22 May 2008 - complaint signed and served

25 May 2008 - 6:50am  Wolf and Ruby let out 'unescorted'; owner appeared about 30-seconds later
                        10am - Ruby is on sideway barking at walker; owner not present
